The TaskMelon Employee Portal
Your credentials are important. The TaskMelon Employee Portal gives eligible employees secure access to approved credentials and a simple way to submit updates, download documents, and stay aware of upcoming expiration dates.
Your agency still reviews every document and decides whether a requirement is complete.
Who can register
Eligible employees register with the email address their agency already has on file for them, verify ownership of that address, and must have an Active employee record. Pending, Inactive and Terminated records cannot use the portal. You can never add an agency to your account yourself — every agency you see comes from a record that agency keeps for you.
Why the email must match
The portal finds you by your email address, so it has to be the address your agency holds. That is what keeps one employee from ever seeing another employee’s credentials — the portal reads only the records that carry your address, and never any other.
Which credentials you can see
The credential types available to you come from your agency’s own configuration. Typical examples are HHA, PCA, CNA, LPN, RN, NP, MA, SW and CPR certifications. Not every employee needs every credential, and requirements are always the ones that apply to your role and your agency.
Which documents are excluded
Driver’s licences, passports, Social Security documents, physical and medical examination forms, and background check results are never available through the employee portal. If a document category is not expressly authorised for employee access, the portal denies access to it by default.
How multi-state licences are organised
Licences are grouped by credential type first, then listed alphabetically by state. Seven NP licences appear as seven separate entries and ten RN licences as ten separate entries. An RN licence and an NP licence in the same state are always kept apart, and updating one state never alters another.
Complete and Working On It
Complete means your agency has confirmed the credential is on file, valid and complete. Working On It means your agency has confirmed you are still obtaining it. You can submit the document for a Working On It requirement, but nothing you upload makes a credential Complete on its own.
Submitting a new or renewed credential
Choose the credential type, choose the state if the credential is state-issued, and the portal checks whether a credential of the same type and state is already on your record. If one is, you are asked whether you are renewing it. You enter the expiration date printed on the document, upload it, confirm the details and submit it for review.
More than one agency
One account covers every agency you are linked to. If several agencies hold an Active record for your email address, you choose which agency to view after signing in, and each agency’s credentials, reviews and reminders stay separate from the others.
Expiration reminders
Each accepted credential with an expiration date is flagged at 90, 60 and 45 days before it expires, calculated independently for every credential and every state. Reminders are shown on one schedule across every agency you are linked to, and a renewal you have already submitted does not switch off the reminder for the credential still in force.
Secure sharing links
You can share one accepted credential through a secure link that shows only that credential. The link expires after 14 days and can be revoked earlier. Your name, your other documents and your profile are never shown on it.
Two things worth knowing
First, a downloaded document is yours to keep — the portal does not make a saved copy stop working. If you share a credential through a link, expiring or revoking that link stops further access through it, but it cannot delete a copy someone has already saved.
Second, only your agency's authorised representative can correct your employee record. If your name, email, role or agency is wrong, or your record is not Active, ask them to update it and then sign in again.
